Returns and Exchanges

Because many of our items are made just for you, some products are final sale. All clothing items and book totes  cannot be returned or exchanged.

For all other items, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at cozychapterssociety@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

We know how disappointing it is when something arrives less than perfect—that’s not the cozy experience we want for you.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can make it right. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and reach out as soon as possible at cozychapterssociety@gmail.com with details of the issue.

To help us resolve things quickly, we may request a photo of the item and, in some cases, ask that the original item be returned. If a return is required, the item must be received at our Returns Center; otherwise, we reserve the right to reverse any refund or charge for a replacement.

Requests submitted more than 15 days after delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
