At Cozy Chapters Society, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Below is an overview of our shipping policies.
1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We're so excited for you to receive your next cozy delivery.
Because many of our items are made to order or fulfilled through trusted partners, shipping times may vary depending on the item. An estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout so you know when to expect your order.
Your order may arrive in a few different “chapters.” Since some of our items ship from different fulfillment partners, they may be delivered in separate packages and arrive at different times.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow along as your items make their way to you.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays that are outside of our control.
2. Shipping Fees
$6 flat rate shipping on all orders.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier's website.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, but in the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at cozychapterssociety@gmail.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or process a refund.
8. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, household members, or local carrier. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in resolving the matter.
9. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
