overview of our shipping policies.
1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Estimated shipping times vary by product type:
- Apparel, mugs, and tote bags: Typically arrive within 4β8 business days after your order is processed.
- All other products: Typically arrive within 11β13 business days after your order is processed.
Please note that some items are fulfilled by different production partners and may ship separately. If your order contains products from multiple categories, you may receive more than one package, and your items may arrive at different times.
Shipping time estimates do not include order processing time and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays outside of our control.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow along as your items make their way to you.

2. Shipping Fees
Free shipping on all orders.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1β3 business days of being placed. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipmentβs progress on the carrier's website.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, but in the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at cozychapterssociety@gmail.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or process a refund.
8. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, household members, or local carrier. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in resolving the matter.
9. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
